Design-Build

Design-build is a project delivery method where a single entity–the design-builder–is contractually responsible for design and construction, providing the owner a single point of responsibility. Gibbs & Register’s project experience in this method includes trails, stormwater facilities, buildings, roadways and industrial facilities.



Gibbs & Register, Inc. is an active member of the Design-Build Institute of America; both at the national and local levels. The DBIA was founded in 1993 for the purpose of promoting the Design-Build project delivery method.
